《中国医学创新》第1o卷第7期(总第253期)2013年3月 临床与实践 Linchuangyushijian 伤椎植骨置钉预防椎体矫正度丢失的临床研究 卢，J、健① 郭小明① 曾丹阳① 吕厚忠① 陈和平① 【摘要 】 目的：探讨经伤椎植骨置钉对预防椎体矫正度丢失的效果。方法：回顾性分析2008年5月一2010年 12月本院采用椎弓根内 固定系统治疗的43例胸腰椎骨折患者的临床资料，经伤椎椎弓根椎体内植骨置钉20例 (伤椎处置组)，单纯后外侧植骨23例 (伤椎未处置 组)。对两组患者在不同时间段椎体压缩率及cobb角进行比较。结果：两组患者术前椎体压缩率及cobb角比较差异无统计学意义 (PO．05)， 术后即刻和术后 15个月时伤椎处置组椎体压缩率及cobb角均小于伤椎未处置组，差异具有统计学意义 (PO．05o结论：经伤椎椎弓根行 椎体内植骨置钉结合椎弓根内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折可获得满意复位，能重建椎体高度且能长期维持，临床效果理想。 【关键词 】伤椎植骨置钉； 椎体矫正度； 预防； 丢失 ClinicalStudyonPreventtheLoseofVertebralCorrectionDegreebyVertebralPedicleScrewinFracturedVertebra／LUXiao-jian， GUOXiao-ming，ZENGDan-yang，eta1．／／MedicalInnovationofChina，2013，10(7)：033-035 【Abstract】Objective：Toassesstheefficacyofthemethodintreatmentofthoracolumbarfractureswithbonegraftandvertebralpediclescrewin fracturedvertebra．M ethod：Theclinicaldataof43caseswiththoracolumbarfracturesintreatmentofpediclescrew internalfixationsystemsinauthor’S hospitalrfom May2008toDecember2010wereanalyzedretrospectively．20patientsin(vertebraldisposalgroup)weretreatmentwithbonegraftand vertebralpediclescrewinrfacturedvertebra，23patientsin(vertebraluntreatedgroup)weretreatmentwithposterolateralfusionwithoutimplants． Twogroupsofpatientsindifferentperiodsofvertebralcompressionrateandcobbangleswerecompared．Result：Therewasnostatisticalsignificance comparedwithpreoperativevertebralcompressionrateandcobbanglesbetweentwogroups(P0．05)．Immediatelyafteroperationand15monthsafter operation，thevertebralcompressionrateandcobbanglesofvertebraldisposalgroupwaslowerthanvertebraluntreatedgroup(P0．05)．Conclusion： Inthetreatmentofthoracolumbarrfactureswithbonergaftandvertebralpediclescrewinrfacturedvertebrahasaidealclinicaleffect，itcanachieveda satisfactoryreduction，reconstructedvertebralbodyheightandmaintainedforalongtime． 【Keywords】Vertebralpediclescrewinrfacturedvertebra； Vertebralcorrectiondegree； Prevent； Lose First—author’Saddress：ThePengpaiM emorialHospitalo
