Determination of 102 pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables —QuEChERS-GC-NCI-MS Method Scope The standard specifies the methods of determination of 102 pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables simultaneously by GC-NCI/MS. This standard is applicable for the determination of 102 pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables such as cabbage, carrot, cucumber, ginger, onion, apple, pear, and peach, etc. Method summary Pesticide residues are extracted from the sample with acetonitrile, then the mixture was centrifuged and the supernatant was concentrated to 2 mL. The sample was cleaned up with dispersive SPE and determined with GC-NCI-MS. Quatitation was conducted by external standard method with matrix standard solution.
