Foreword This standard was proposed by and is under the jurisdiction of Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People’s Republic of China. The standard was drafted by Weifang Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau of the People’s Republic of China. The main drafters of this standard are Dong Jing, Pan Yuxiang, Liu Wenpeng, Liu Yongqiang, Sun Jun, Lv Jianxia, Tian Guoning ,Gong Xiaoming. This standard is a professional standard for Entry-Exit inspection and quarantine of the People’s Republic of China promulgated for the first time. This standard is drafted according to GB / T 1.1-2009 Directives for the work of standardization – Unit 1: Structures and writing styles for standards drafting. Please notice that some parts of this standard may relate to patents, the standard release organization take no responsibility for the identification of these patents. Determination of 102 pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables —QuEChERS-GC-NCI-MS Method Scope The standard specifies the methods of determination of 102 pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables simultaneously by GC-NCI/MS. This standard is applicable for the determination of 102 pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables such as cabbage, carrot, cucumber, ginger, onion, apple, pear, and peach, etc. Method summary Pesticide residues are extracted from the sample with acetonitrile, then the mixture was centrifuged and the supernatant was concentrated to 2 mL. The sample was cleaned up with dispersive SPE and determined with GC-NCI-MS. Quatitation was conducted by external standard method with matrix standard solution. Reagents and materials Unless specified, all chemicals used are analytical grade, “water” is redistilled or deionised. 3.1 Acetonitrile: HPLC grade. 3.2Acetone: HPLC grade. 3.3 Hexane: HPLC grade. 3.4 Acetic acid. 3.5 Sodium acetate anhydrous. 3.6 0.1 % acetic acid 3.7 Magnesium sulfate anhydrous: dried at 500℃ for 5 h in oven before usage. 3.8 Octadecyl (C18) sorbe
