婴幼儿变应原过筛试验 ［］sIgE测定进行比较。方法 临床诊断为湿疹、哮喘和变应性鼻炎等变态反应性疾病0-12岁的儿童560例，使用法玛西亚UniCAP100系统进行Phaditop Infant 和Phadiatop测定。在Phaditop Infant筛查试验阳性的患儿中随机抽取112名，进行牛奶（f1）、鸡蛋白（f2）、鱼（f3）、小麦（f4）、花生（f13）、黄豆（f14）、虾（f24）及牛肉（f27）8种常见食物sIgE测定。结果 560例患儿中328例Phadiatop Infant阳性，占58%；Phadiatop阳性214例，占24%。所有Phadiatop检测阳性的患儿Phadiatop Infant的检测结果均为阳性；而Phadiatop Infant阳性的患儿中，48名（44%）phadiatop阴性，其中46名（96%）在5岁以下。病人血清Phadiatop Infant的IgE浓度（KU/L）与各种食物sIgE浓度之和呈正相关（r = 0.67，p 0.001）；在Phadiatop Infant和phadiatop均阳性的患儿中，二者IgE水平无明显线性相关性（r=0.352;p0.05）。结论 Phadiatop Infant可以有效地检测血清中吸入物及食物特异性IgE；5岁以下儿童中，Phadiatop Infant的阳性率明显高于phadiatop。Phadiatop Infant应用简单、准确，可以除外不是sIgE介导的相关性疾病，是婴幼儿和儿童变态反应性疾病体外变应原筛查的理想工具。 ［］ZHAO jing, Song xi, Ma yu，CHEN yuzhi. Objective: to evaluate a blood test, Phadiatop Infant (Pharmacia Diagnostics AB, Uppsala, Sweden), for differentiating the capability of IgE-mediated disease in children and compared the results with results of Phadiatop and the sum sIgE of several kinds of common foods. Method: five hundred fifty children diagnosed as eczema, asthma and rhinitis were tested by Phadiatop Infant and Phadiatop. One hundred twelve children were selected randomly among both Phdiatopinfant and Phadiatop positive children to test 8 kinds of common food specific serum IgE (egg white, milk, fish, wheat, peanut, soy bean, beef and shrimp). Result: there are 328(58%) patients whose Phadiatop Infant results are positive among 560 patients. And 214(24%) patients’ Phadiatop results are positive, as same time they are Phadiatop Infant positive, too.
