中华现代护理学杂志 Journal of Chin ese Modern Nursing 2 007 年第 4 卷 第 7 期 ·591 · ·综 述 · 生理和心理应激反应对免疫功能的影响及保护措施 靳杭红, 潘兴华 [ 摘要] 各种生理和心理性的伤害刺激均可引起神经、内分泌、免疫和代谢 紊乱等全 身性应激反应, 严重 或长期 的应激 反应 可导致免疫功能抑制, 诱发感染、肿瘤等疾病 。神经、内分泌、免疫系统之间在 细胞和 分子水平存在 精确的相互调节关系, 神 经、内分泌系统通过各种递质和激素影响免疫细胞的活性和功能, 而免疫细胞的各种变化也可通过各种 细胞因子因子等对神 经、内分泌系统产生调控, 他们之间还存在共 同的信号调控机制 。针对应激 诱导免疫抑 制的发生机 制, 采取 去除应激源、降低 应激反应强度、心理治疗和行为训练、免疫调节药物治疗和营养支持等措施可有效防治应激反应诱导的免疫功能抑制 。 [ 关键词] 应激反应; 神经 内分泌; 免疫抑制; 调节措施 [ 中图分类号] R - 1 [ 文献标识码] A [ 文章编号] 1681 - 5122 ( 2 007) 07 - 0 591 - 04 E ffect of p sychological an d p hysiological str ess on immu n it y fu n ction an d t her a p y m ea su r es J IN Hanghong , PAN Xin ghua . Severe or continuative stress can indu ce inh ibition of immunity function and th is may be one cau se of the development of in fect disease, tumor an d other diseases. Between neural system, endocrin e an d immunity system th ere are correlation of regulating each other on cell and molecu les of signal tran smit level. Neural system an d endocrine effect the funct ion an d activity of immun ity by produ ce n europeptide, neurotransmitter and hormone an d immun ity system also regulate the fun ction of neural and endocrin e by secretin g different cytokine . Th ere are common signal molecule regulating mech an ism amon g n eural , endocrin e, immunity system on their biological activity.
