全自动无人值守供暖系统(电气自动控制方面) 　　摘要：我国建筑能耗与发达国家相比明显过高，而当今能源问题已经成为全世界普遍关注的热点问题。在供热领域采用新型供热方式、设备和系统，节能减排，是解决我国相对能源紧张和环境污染的很有效途径。供热作为一种特殊形式的商品（服务），供热的品质关系到广大用户的利益，供热的成本关系到热力公司的效益，如何通过技术手段达到既降低能耗又为用户提供满足标准的服务是我们要探讨的课题。在国家大力倡导下，城镇供热方式已发生了很大地变化，已经由原来各单位分散的锅炉供热，发展为一个城市由一个或几个热电厂提供热源，市内各小区由换热站集中供热形式，从热源的角度来看降低了燃煤、减少了污染。全自动无人值守换热机组是新型的换热设备，一般采用高效的板式换热器，设备采用计算机、触摸屏、变频器、可编程控制器、现场总线等现代先进技术，实现了智能化全自动控制。智能换热机组控制系统通过监测室外温度、一次侧、二次侧管网的压力、温度来控制一次侧调节阀开度，二次侧循环泵、补水泵转速和运行泵数量等，达到集中供热良好品质的社会效果与热力站低成本运行、经济运行的目的，并结合中国换热实际工况，进行二次开发，为不同需求的用户提供最佳方案。 　　关键词：PLC；无人值守换热站 　　Abstract: building energy consumption in China compared with the developed countries clearly too high, and todays energy problems have become hot issues of common concern to the world.
