BIM 在建筑类本科院校的实践探索 1,2 1 1 甘荣飞 ，曹文龙 ，孙靖立 （1．吉林建筑大学城建学院基础部，长春 130111 ， 2. 内蒙古工业大学理学院，呼和浩特 010051 ） 摘要：以二维形式引导教学，难以让学生建立空间思维模型以及掌握建筑的整体概念，把建筑信息化模型BIM 引 入教学实践，利用建筑信息化模型 BIM 的三维化、参数智能化等优点，培养学生的空间思维，建立对建筑的整 体概念。在推进建筑业信息化进程和可持续发展建筑设计的同时，也让学生了解计算机辅助建筑设计领域的新技 术，开拓学生对建筑行业的新视野。BIM 是建筑业发展的必然趋势，是信息时代推动建筑业的新动力。因此培养 BIM 人才势在必行。 关键词: 建筑信息模型；教学实践；SPC 模式 Practical Explorations of BIM in the College of Architecture 1,2 1 1 GAN Rongfei , CAO Wenlong , SUN Jingli (1. College of Science, Inner Mongolia University of Technology, Hohhot 010051) Abstract: It is difficult for students to establish spatial thinking model and grasp the overall concept of building by the guide of teaching in a two-dimensional form. Spatial thinking of students is trained and the concept of architecture is established by teaching practice of BIM, which is three-dimensional, parameter intelligent etc. The students know about the new technology into the field of computer aided architectural design and broaden their horizons of the construction industry, while the progress of the construction industry informatization is promoted and the architectural design is sustainable development. BIM is the inevitable trend of the development of the construction industry and a new dynamic of the construction industry in the information age.
