教学是一种灵动的艺术 --高职语文创新性教学模式探微 施伟萍 （苏州旅游与财经高等职业技术学校 江苏 苏州215104） 摘 要：高职语文教学的模式创新已经不是一个新的话题，但是目前的现状还是沿袭 高中语文灌输的方式，不适应时代的要求。教学是一种灵活的艺术，需要教学双方全身心的投入，高职语文教学有别于中小学语文教学，高职语文教师要强化与学生课堂的互动效应，观察某一教学手段在课堂中运用的实际效应，注意哪些策略和教学原则更有利于特定的教学环境，通过创新教学模式来更好地开展教学工作，使教师具备更多灵活应变的能力，这也要求教师强化对教学的感悟，认识自己的教学态度、自己的教学方法和教学效应，对自己的教学进行研究从而进入到更深层次的境界，那就是要培养教师一种积极的态度，这样就可以激发其探究的动机，并不断进行创新的教学模式。本文主要阐述高职语文现代化教学手段的运用是活跃创造性思维，开展创新性教学的重要手段；高职语文多样性教学形式的运用是活跃创造性思维 进行创新性教学的主要环节 关键词：高职语文；创新性；教学；模式 Teaching as a bright art: an exploration of innovative mode on Chinese teaching in senior vocational school Shi Weiping Suzhou Tourism Finance Institute Jiangsu, Suzhou 215104 Abstract While it is no longer a new topic about the innovation of the Chinese teaching in senior vocational school, the current situation is no more than following the past way of implantation, which cannot supply the current demand. Teaching should be an art with flexibility, based on the input from both the teachers and the students. Unlike the Chinese teaching in primary and secondary school, the one in senior vocational school requires the teachers to emphasize on the interaction effect with the students, observe the actual effect of a teaching method, notice certain strategies and principles which are beneficial for certain teaching environment, and adopt innovative teaching mode for better educational work. In this way, the teachers can acquire the ability of flexibility. Moreover, the teachers are also required to pay attention on their gains from the teaching experience, recognize their own attitudes and methods of teaching, and the effect of their teaching, critically analyze their own teaching. As a result, the teachers can progress to a state with positive attitudes. This will serve as the sources of the activation of the motivation about investigation and exploration, and therefore, keep the innovation in teaching mode as an ongoing process.
