第 9 届北京国际康复论坛 The 9th Beijing International Forum on Rehabilitation 探讨膝关节弹力绷带对偏瘫患者患侧负重能力的影响 张玉阁，王东 北京博爱医院运动疗法科 [摘要] 目的：探讨偏瘫患者患侧膝关节使用弹力绷带后，患侧的负重能力是否有提高。方法：选取在中国 康复研究中心做康复治疗的偏瘫患者 25 名，用两台体重秤测量其总体重、患侧一般负重量和患侧最大负重量， 以及在患侧膝关节周围缠上弹力绷带后患侧的一般负重量和最大负重量，算出患者使用弹力绷带前后患腿的一 般负重率和最大负重率，用配对样本 t 检验检验使用弹力绷带前后患腿的一般负重率和最大负重率的差异是否 有统计学意义。结果：使用弹力绷带前后患腿的一般负重率和最大负重率的检验结果有统计学意义 P 值分别为 0.035 和 0.004 。结论：偏瘫患者的患侧膝关节使用弹力绷带可以增加其患侧的一般负重率和最大负重率，改善 患侧负重能力。 [关键词] 偏瘫 患侧膝关节 患侧负重能力 弹力绷带 Researching the Influence of Knee Crepe Bandage on the Ability of Weight-bearing of the Affected Side in Patients with Hemiplegia Zhang Yuge, et al.
