Based on the field investigation of 351 new generation migrant workers in Sichuan Province, this paper examines the factors affecting income of the new generation migrant workers. The results show as follows: in the model, individual characteristics, human capital characteristics and position characteristics all affect the income of the new generation migrant workers. Specifically, the significant factors include gender, marital status, education level and position.
