Abstract At present，the curriculum reform of elementary education in our country has been put to the practice of test，which make the research of curriculum carrying out become the focus and stress of specialist in curriculum．Yet the problem of alteration，which is one of important problems in carrying out the curriculum，is gradually standing out from the angle of historical development of curriculum content，the posing of concept of the curriculum practice，the debate and analyzing of the meaning of curriculum practice，the development and vicissitudes of the mode of curriculum opening up，the developing tendency of the curriculum research theory and view and the developing tendency of the realistic curriculum reform． By now the problem of alteration has been an inavoidable one in the field of curriculum practice．The thesis tends to make an overall analysis and exploration for it． The thesis includes five sections． In section one the thesis analyzes the reason from the angle oftheory and practice． In section two the thesis analyzes the historical appearance and research certainty of the problem of the‘‘alteration’in the course of curriculum implementation．From the angle of the historical development ofcurriculum’S meaning，the posing ofconcept ofthe curriculum practice， the debate and analyzing of the meaning of curriculum practice，the development and vicissitudes of the mode of curriculum opening up，the developing tendency of the curriculum research theory and view and the developing tendency of the realistic curriculum reform the thesis gradually presents the certainty ofresearch． 11 In section three the thesis probes into the two effects of“alteration” in curriculum implementation—— “construction” effect and ‘‘impediment’effect and analyze every“construction”effect and “impediment’’effect which is possibly led by‘‘alteration”problem． In section four the thesis in details analyzes the reason of the “alteration”in curriculum implementation，mainly including three aspects
