I 邯郸钢铁公司精益生产方式中的问题与对策研究 摘 要 精益生产是起源于日本丰田汽车公司的一种生产管理方法。其核心内容是在 生产资源较为集中的情况下，通过综合合理化思想、看板管理方法、提案制度、 全面质量管理（TQM）、准时化生产（JIT）、柔性生产等方式方法来达到较少库存 量、节约人力资源、排除浪费现象、提高产品竞争力和企业效率的生产制造策略。 邯钢面对竞争日益激烈的钢铁市场，积极加快转型升级、降本增效，实施精 益生产并取得了显著的成就，不断丰富着邯钢精神。邯钢自实施精益生产以来， 变化日新月异，采取了设备管理更新、拉动式经营方式，质量一贯制管理，努力 实现“低库存、零缺陷、高柔性”的生产管理目标。但是在实施过程中会遇到一 些问题，本文首先从理论上阐述了精益生产的主要模式，其次总结了精益生产在 国内外的发展情况，然后对邯钢精益生产现状进行了较为详尽的分析，最后对精 益生产中存在的问题进行了分析，并给出了解决措施。 关键词：邯钢；精益生产；成本；质量 万方数据 II Handan Steel Corp lean production problem and countermeasure ABSTRACT Lean production is originated in Japan’s Toyota Auto Body Co and it is a production management method.Its core content is in a strong production resources of the foundation, through rational thought, Kanban, proposal system, total quality management ( TQM ), just-in-time ( JIT ), flexible production and other means to achieve the reduction of inventory, save manpower, to eliminate all waste, improve the competitiveness of the products of the manufacturing strategy. Han steel face increasing competition in the steel market, actively accelerate the transformation and upgrading, fall this synergism, the implementation of lean production and has made significant achievements, and constantly enrich the spirit of Han steel. Han steel since the implementation of lean production, change change rapidly, the equipment management update, pull mode of operation, quality has always been the business management, and strive to achieve low inventory, zero defect, high flexible production and management objectives.This paper first theoretically elaborated the lean production is the main mode, followed by a summary of lean production in the domestic and foreign development situation, and then to Han steel lean manufacturing current situation undertook relatively detailed analysis, finally to the lean production in the existing problems are analyzed, and the solving methods are put forward.
