1、中职卫校护生相当一部分学生存在轻度的心理问题,甚至有一个别同学 存在严重的心理问题。干预前主要的心理问题测评的结果排名前五位的是:强迫、 人际关系敏感、偏执、恐怖、敌对。有轻度症状的学生占57%,有明显心理症状 的学生也有一定的比例,占7%。 2、通过在《护理心理学》中对学生的心理健康进行各种方式的干预,达到 了改善学生心理状况的目的。干预前后各因子分数均有显著差异,有心理问题的 学生的人数比例下降。这提示对护校学生在课堂教学中关注他们的心理健康问题 具有重要作用和意义。 关键词:中职卫校护生;心理健康状况;教学干预;对策 II The mental health survey of nursing students of secondary vocational nursing school and teaching intervention?一the nursing students of Lin’an Health College of Technology ABSTRACT With the social development,mental health problems are paid attention by more and more people.Nursing students of secondary vocational nursing school are now at an important period of physical and mental development of the turbulent period gradually transition to a mature and stable.With the development of physiological, psychological development,the expansion of the social experience,while earlier faced the enormous pressure of career and employmem,nursing students of secondary vocmional nursing school in terms of learning,growth,life and career will encounter mental confusion.Nursing students of secondary vocational nursing school will also be faced with more particular object(patient)and the special working environment. So they alleviate not only the suffering of the patient’S body,but also their psychological counseling to relieve the patient‘S psychological pain,allowing the patient to return tO society better.Their OWlq mental health and psychological qualities as a qualified health worker is essential.At current time,mental health of secondary vocational nursing students appears a worrying phenomenon,the prevalence of mild or everl individual students appear serious psychological symptoms,such as anxiety, depression,interpersonal sensitivity,low self-esteem and other psychological reactions.Therefore,the study of the psychological characteristics of students, according to the mental health standards.combined with the specific circumstances of III the school tO work out appropriate measures tO help students cultivate a
