中文摘要 本文通过调查，在真实具体地了解当前中学写作命题现状的基础上， 对中学写作命题中存在的问题进行了分析、探讨，初步提出命题的原则、 策略与方法。 本次调查，主要采用抽样问卷调查的方式，调查了当前中学作文命题 的来源、形式与要求，中学生对写作文题的兴趣状态以及课外阅读、写作 的生活积累等情况。 调查结果寝明：当前中学作文命题环节严重忽视学生的写作主体地位， 忽视其生活需要、心理需要与精神需要。中学生面对作文命题普遍地存在 写作兴趣低下、写作动机功利化等闯题。 经分析，以上情况的出现与应试教育和作文教学模式化、功利化有很 大关系。长期以来，由于缺少对写作命题深层意义的深入研究，语文教材 的写作命题陈陈福因、了无新意，教师也往往把命题看作是进行写作教学 的例行事项，终未形成科学的命题观念，缺乏命题能力。 本文试图遵循写作学、心理学规律，并在人文教育、课改精神的指导 下，对我国当前中学写作命题现状进行反思，逶过对国外写作命题指导思 想和教学实践的思考与借鉴，以关注学生的写作主体性、培育学生的言语 生命意识和健全言语人格为命题的基本理念，提出了关于写作命题原则和 方法的见解，并试图以此来指导写作命题实践，使中学写作教育更为人性 化、生命化，真正提离学生的写作意识和水平。 关键词：命题，现状，理念，原则，策略 Abstract Through investigation,Oil the basis of truly and detaily understanding the current status ofProposition Writing in the school we analize the exist problems and put forward tO the principles，stratogies and methods for school writing topic making． The survey，mainly by the way of sampling survey，checked the current school’S writing SOUIC：eS，forms and requirements，students’interests for writing, extra-curricular reading,writing expelgences，and SO on． Sarvey results show that-the current composition Proposition seriously neglected the dominant position of the students，neglect their life needs， psychological needs and spiritual needs．The students generally have lower interest and utilitarian motives in such issues writing． From the analysis ofthe above chcumstances we know that the problem has much to do with the teaching mode of the examination-oriented education and composition．For a long time，for lacking of writing Proposition de印meaning in-depth study,there is nothing new in writir培mutinization proposition， teachers often treat the writing topic as routine matters，which result in no scientific concept and capacity in composition topic． This paper follows writing,psychology‘s regulation，under the guidance of the spirit of the Humane Education Curriculum,thinking Chinas current status of Proposition Writing，learning abroad Proposition guidhlg ideology and practice 011 teaching,mainly concern the students writin
