实用预防医学 2007年6月 第14卷 第3期 Practical Preventive Medicine，Jun．2007，Vol 14，No．3 925 文章编号：1006—3110(2007)03—0925—03 试论临床医学双语教学中的关键问题及对策 王晓艳，沈守荣，张梦玺，彭伟莲，唐五良 摘要： 目的 探讨临床医学双语教学中存在的问题及解决对策。 方法 根据临床医学双语教学的实践经验及 问卷调查结果，本文从课堂双语教学模式、教材选择、师资力量、学生英语水平、考核系统及营造双语学习氛围等方面进行 探讨，探索一种高效的双语教学模式。 结果 在目前双语教学环境下，双语课堂授课英文比例以50％或稍低为佳；教 材以简明的原版教材及根据原版自编的配套双语教材更合适；提高师生的英语水平、建立客观科学的评价体系、营造课外 双语教学氛围可明显提高双语教学质量，引导其顺利发展。 结论 各医学院校仍需根据现有的实际情况，不断探索和 总结成功经验，提高教学质量，使医学双语教学口趋完善、成熟。 关键词：临床医学；双语教学；教学质量 中图分类号：( 2 文献标识码：A Studies on the Main Problems and Strategy of Clinical Medicine Bilingual Teaching WANG Xiao—yan，SHEN Shou—rong， ZHANG Meng xi，et a1．(Department ofGastroenterology，the ird Xiangya Hospital，Central South University，Chang． sha 410013，Hunan，C ina) Abstract： Objective To study the main problems and strategy of clinical medicine bilingual teaching． Methods Ac— cording to the practical experiences and questionnaire investigation，it is imperative to study the effective mode of clinical em dicine bilingual teaching frOm the following aspects，such as teaching mode，text book，the quality of teacher，the English level of students，the evaluation system and the environme nt and altitude of bilingual studying． Results About 50％ was the best ratio of English language in the teaching．The concise original me dicine English text book and the relative reorganized text book were more suitable for the me dicine students．Improving the English level of teachers and students，establishing the ob- jective evaluation system and building the bilingual studying environment are important to improve the teaching quality． Con- clusion It is necessary to explore the effective strategy of the main problems in clinica l medicine bilingual teaching，which an improve thc e bilingual teaching quality and perfect the clinical medicine bilin
