Methods: 17 cases of intractable Meniere’s disease in 9 cases with endolymphatic sac decompression surgery, 8 cases in the middle ear tubes to be used after Meniett treatment plant. Results: The endolymphatic sac decompression surgery group and Meniett pulse treatment group were 5 patients each efficacy of A-level (full control), full control rates were 55.5% and 62.5% respectively. Conclusion: Endolymphatic sac decompression of the efficacy of pulse therapy with Meniett no significant difference, Meniett pulse treatment of intractable Meniere’s disease can be used as the preferred treatment. Nursing experience was also introduced. Methods 9 patients in 17 intractable Meniere’s Disease patients received endolymphatic sac decompression operation. 8 patients received Meniett device therapy after placement of a tympanostomy tube. Results There were 5 patients who acquired class A curative effect (complete control) in endolymphatic sac decompression group and Meniett device group separately. Complete control rate was 55.5% and 62.5%. Conclusion There is no significant difference between endolymphatic sac decompression and Meniett device treatment sac in curative effect. Meniett device treatment can be the first choice for the patients with intractable Meniere’s disease.
