Method uses hypersil BDS (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column, mobile phase was methanol -0.1% ammonia gradient elution, detection wavelength 210 nm. The results of matrine at 0.25 ~ 2.00 μg (r = 0.999 7), Sophoridine in 0.28 ~ 2.24 μg (r = 0.999 5), oxidation of matrine in the 0.244-1.953 μg (r = 0.999 1), oxidation of Huai fruit alkali in the 0.262-2.096 μg (r = 0.999 2) range of linear relationship, regression equations were y = 2 602.6x-72.031, y = 1 558.8x 17.381, y = 1 755.8x 162.59, y = 2 219.55 x-21.119, recoveries were 99.24%, 98.31%, 101.28%, 100.59%, RSD were 1.248%, 1.517%, 1.412%, 1.638%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, specific, and can be used for medicinal alkaloids matrine determination.
