MethodsUsing paeonol quantity, paeonol clathration ratio as indexes, we selected the optimum clathration condition by orthogonal test.ResultsThe optimum clathration condition was 24 times of 50% alcohol as a solvent, 7 times of β  CD, super sound disposal 30 min.ConclusionThe established process can be used for preparation of the inclusion complex of paeonol  β  cyclodextrin.
