Progesterone and mifepristone can decrease bcl-2 expression, Fas expression was elevated (P amp;lt;0.05). Conclusions combination of progesterone and mifepristone in endometrial cancer HHUA cell proliferation and interfere with anti-bcl-2 and Fas protein expression have a synergistic effect.
