Abstract Since the 20th century, 90 years, the international education reform is mainly revolve around such a series of themes: First, a new sense of comprehensively improving the quality of education; second is to readjust the relationship between educational equity and efficiency; third was to coordinate the and the market’s role in educational development and their mutual relations; 4 to adjust the central and local authorities in education management relations; 5 is actively taking measures to cope with the internationalization of education; 6 is to build a learning society. China’s educational reform in general education reform with the international trend is consistent. In the next period of time, the quality of education, educational equity, the relationship between the government and the market, the relationship between decentralization and centralization, internationalization of education and building a learning society will remain an important part of our education reform.
