The author believes that the design concept and the designer of teaching people how to learn on the assumption that the decision of the instructional design theory and modeling as well as practical way forward. 1, the two kinds of analysis of the concept of instructional design Rowland (Rowland, G) has distinguished between two kinds of instructional design concept, that is rational and creative instructional design concept. 1.
