Why is grounding the action research
Abstract: The University carried out in cooperation with the primary and secondary school teachers in action research, the need to establish common objectives of cooperation. Role of a participant into the bit is a necessary condition for cooperative research: action research, teachers are the main body, we should have a sense of self-development; schools need to be studied for teachers to provide organizational, material and cultural support; scholars be a facilitator, should be based on the school development goals for teachers and schools to provide effective development assistance. In addition, the need to establish the necessary mechanisms and cultural protection of collaborative research carried out smoothly.

Abstract: The collaborative action research of teachers between universities and primary and secondary schools needs to establish collaborative objectives.The correct participation of different participants is the necessary condition of collaborative research.Teachers are the main body of action research, who are supposed to have the consciousness of independent developmen-t.Schools and universities should provide the support of organization, materials and culture for teachers’research. The scholars are the facilitators and should provide effective help for the development of teachers and schools.At the same time it is necessary to set up system and culture to guarantee the smooth development of the collaborative research.
