Abstract: The action-oriented teaching reform involves the concept of innovation, quality of teachers, curriculum design, teaching materials development, teaching, teaching methods, teaching assessment, etc., and only followed their logic to solve these issues, in order to action-oriented teaching reform to be successful.
Action-oriented teaching and learning involved in many aspects, the logical relationship between them and their are: the concept of innovation and quality of teachers → → → Curriculum Design teaching materials development → → → teaching methods of teaching assessment. The logical sequence is not reversible. Only turn every aspect of the problem to solve in order to implement the strict sense of the action-oriented teaching.
First, the concept of innovation
Germany is the world’s most emphasis on vocational education in the country, but also the more developed countries of vocational education. Germany’s Vocational Education in the 80 years since the last century, carried out action-oriented teaching (Handlungsorientierter Unterricht) discussion, which is the development of vocational education in Germany had a profound influence the direction of reform of vocational education in Germany.
