口财务管理 《中国卫生经济》第34卷第7期(总第389期) 2015年7月 河南省等级医院评审对财务与价格管理的要求 刘法金①，陈华东②，秦文慧① 摘 要 目的:解析我省等级医院评审对财务与价格管理的要求。方法:从专家库中随机选取经过培训的评审员，组成 评审组，按照2011 版《三级综合医院评审标准实施细则) (以下简称实施细则 )制定的评审标准，对照评审标准中财务 与价格管理条款要求，现场采取资料查阅、抽查考核、调查访谈、实地访视、个案追踪等评价方法，从医院运营及财务与 价格管理等十二个方面进行分析评价。结果:通过等级医院评审，持续提升我省医疗机构的财务与价格管理和精细化管理水 平，满足医院健靡发展稽求。结论:新-轮等级医院评审，对医院管理无论是内涵还是质量上，都提出了更高、精细的要 求。近年来，虽然医院管理水平在逐步提高，但医院运营和经济管理部门仍需以本期的等级医院评审为契机，强化内涵发 展，促进医院经济运营效率的持续提高。 关键词医院评审;财务管理;价格管理 中图分类号 R1-9j F223 文献标志码 C 文章编号 1003-0743(2015)07-OCI83-03 001 10.7664/CH The Level Evaluation Requirement of Financial and Price Management Control for Hospitals in Henan/LIU Fa-jin.
