· 276· 堕 竖壁痘盘查 生 旦筮 鲞筮 期 J Clin Nephrol December 2()07，Vo1．7，No．6 · 中西医结合论著 · 中药口服及灌肠治疗慢性肾衰竭临床观察 余秉治 余华翔 曹阳 熊飞 梁鸿卿 张燕敏 【摘要】 目的 观察中药。肾衰合剂El服、清热解毒灌肠液保留灌肠对慢性肾衰竭患者。肾功能的 影响。方法 87例慢性。肾衰竭患者，按照。肾功能分层及就诊顺序分为治疗组和对照组。对照组El服 爱西特片5～8片，百令胶囊5粒或者金水宝3～6粒，每日3次；治疗组给予。肾衰合剂50 ml El服，每 日两次，同时给予清热解毒灌肠液保留灌肠，每次100 ml，每日1次。两组疗程均为1个月。观察治 疗前后患者。肾功能、血浆蛋白、血钙和血磷的变化。结果 两组治疗后。肾功能均有显著改善，但是治 疗组血肌酐和尿素氮明显低于对照组，治疗组血浆白蛋白上升、血磷下降、血钙恢复正常。结论 -肾 衰合剂口服，同时给予清热解毒灌肠液保留灌肠可以改善慢性肾衰竭患者。肾功能，血浆白蛋白上升、 血磷下降、血钙上升。 【关键词】 。肾功能衰竭，慢性；。肾衰合剂；清热解毒灌肠液 Clinical observation on the treatment of chronic renal failure by using oral and enema administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine yU Bing-zhi，yU Hua—xiang，CAO Yang，et a1．Department of Neph— rology，Wuhan first Hospital Wuhan 430022，China [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effects of Shen Shuai mixture and retention enema of Qing Re Jie Du mixture on patients with chronic renal failure．Method 87 patients with chronic renal failure were divided into two groups randomly．The control group was treated with 5—8 pills of Ai Xi Te，5 pills of Bai Ling caps wes，t．i．d．or 5 pills of Jing Shui Bao caps．t．i．d；The treatauent group was treated with oral Shen Shuai Mixture 50 ml，B i．d and retention enema of Qing Re Jie Du lOOml。 Qd．The course of treatment for both two groups was 1 month．Changes of renal function，serum al— bumin，calcium and phosphates before and after the treatment were caupased．Results After treat— ment，renal function of patients in both groups were improved significantly，but the serum levels of creatinine and tK)N in treatment group decreased more signifcantlt than that of control group；In feat— ment group，plasma-albumin level raised，both calcium and phosphates levels nestored to norma1． Conclusions Oral Shen Shuai Mixture and retention enema of Qing Re J ie Du can improve renal func— tion；increase serum albumin level and nor
