· 876· l7年l2_月第2O卷第l2期 China J OrthopTmuma．Dec．2007．Vo1．20No．12 ． · 综 述 · 骨质疏松与骨性关节炎关系的研究进展 伦学刚，谈志龙，白人骁 (天津医院骨科研究所，天津 300211) 【摘要】 骨质疏松(osteoporosis，OP)与骨关节炎(osteoarthritis，OA)是临床常见病多发病，骨质疏松症是以骨量 减少、骨组织微细结构破坏导致骨骼脆性和骨折危险性增加为特征的一种系统性全身性骨骼疾病。而骨性关节炎是 以软骨改变为主要特征，进而造成软骨下骨坏死，囊性变，骨密度增加和伴发骨赘形成的一种非特异性炎症。骨质疏 松在骨关节炎发病过程中到底扮演什么角色，是否为骨关节炎的病因之一，国内外有大量文献对此进行了报道，其观 点也不甚一致，目前存在3种：①OA与OP正相关，OP是OA的病因之一；②OA与OP负相关，OP不是OA的病因；③ OA与OP不相关。通过查阅文献，笔者认为OP与OA不相关的可能性不大。本文就两者之间的正负关系作一综述， 以期能对以后的临床工作有一定的指导作用。 【关键词】 骨质疏松；骨关节炎；综述文献 Advance in association of osteoporosis and osteoarthritis LUN Xue—gang，TAN Zhi—long，BAI Ren—xiao The Instit~e of Orthopaedics ofTianfin Ho~ital，Tiangjin 30021l，China ABSTRACT Both osteoporosis(OP)and osteoarthritis(OA)are common in clinic with a high morbidity．Osteoporosis is a systematic bone disease．Its characteristics include decrease in the bone mineral content，increase in bone fragility and increase in the risk of fracture resulting from damage on microstructule of bone．However，the feature of osteoarthritis is the change in the cartilage，resulting in a non—specific inflam mation with sub chondral bone necrosis，cystis degeneration，increase in bone mineral density(BMD)and the osteophyte formation．The research on the role of the osteoporosis plays in the occurrence of osteoar— thritis and whether it is one of the etiological factors of the osteoarthritis has been reported by a large amount of domestic and foreign articles．The viewpoints of those are not usually coincident，of which there are three main opinions：①OA and OP ale in positive correlation，and OP is one of the etiological factors of OA；②OA and OP are in negative correlation，and OP is not the cause of OA；③No correlation between OA and OP．The au
