残疾儿童 “医教结合”综合康复的研究进展 张伟锋1,2,3 （1、南京特殊教育师范学院（筹）康复科学学院，南京，210038；2、华东师 范大学言语听觉科学教育部重点实验室，上海，20062； 3、华东师范大学学前与特殊教育学院，上海，20062） 摘要：“医教结合”综合康复已成为特殊教育和康复医学领域中残疾儿童服务 从业者所关注的热点话题。本文采用文献综述的方法，对国内残疾儿童“医教结 合”综合康复的研究现状进行回顾梳理。文中得出：目前国内的医教结合研究正在 不断深入、医教结合产生有特殊背景、医教结合工作涉及范围广泛等研究观点， 并且梳理了目前特殊教育和康复医学界实践探索的现状，对医教结合研究进行 了总结和展望，预计今后残疾儿童“医教结合”综合康复探索的重点将集中在儿童 康复人才培养、“医教结合”工作制度、基于学校的儿童康复治疗中心建设和儿童 医院康复科室（中心）的改革等领域。 关键词：残疾儿童 医教结合 综合康复 引导式教育 研究综述 A review of comprehensive rehabilitation on combining medical treatments with education for children with disabilities ZHANG Weifeng1, 2, 3 (1. College of Preschool and Special Education, East China Normal University, Shanghai, 200062) Abstract: The Comprehensive Rehabilitation on Combining Medical Treatments with Education (CRCMTE) has become a hot topic in the field of special education and rehabilitation medicine, which is concerned by practitioner services for children with disabilities. This paper reviews the domestic research results of CRCMTE. And it drawn that the research of CRCMTE is currently deepening, the formulation of CRCMTE has a special background, and the work of CRCMTE involves extensive range. Then the paper reviews the current exploration and practice status in the domestic field of special education and rehabilitation medicine, summary and outlook the research of CRCMTE. It expects that the research in the future will focus on some fields, such as childrens rehabilitation personnel training, the establishing of the working institution of CRCMTE, the construction of the childrens rehabilitation center based on schools ,and the reform
