Methods HPLC method was used to determine riboflavin in riboflavin sodium phosphate with NH2 column. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.02 mol / L potassium dihydrogen phosphate (67:33) (adjusted the solution with hydrochloride acid to pH 5.3). The fluorometric detector, excitation wavelength: 445 nm, emission wavelength: 520 nm. Results Riboflavin had a good linearity (r = 0.9999) within 0.1092 ~ 2.184 μg / mL.
