Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, reproducible, established quantitative methods can be used for quality control of Compound Lingzhi particles. Methods HPLC was performed on an ODS-C18 column (5μm, 250 mm × 4.6 mm) using methanolwater (75:25) as the mobile phase under the detection wavelength of 254 nm. Results The linear range of deoxyschizandrin was 0.1608-6.432μg. The mean recovery was 99.27% #8203;#8203;with RSD 1.02% (n = 6). Conclusion This method is simple, reproducible and accurate for the content determination of deoxyschizandrin in complex Lingzhi granule.
