精品论文 参考文献 血管紧张素受体拮抗剂联合用药治疗高血压患者的疗效观察 江苏省泰兴市张桥卫生院 225400 【摘 要】目的 观察血管紧张素受体拮抗剂（ARB）联合beta;受体阻滞剂治疗高血压患者的临床疗效。方法 选择泰兴市张桥卫生院全科门诊自2012 年3 月至2015 年3 月期间就诊的100 例高血压患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组50 例。观察组采用ARB 联合beta;受体阻滞剂即缬沙坦和美托洛尔缓释片联合治疗；对照组采用钙拮抗剂（CCB）联合beta;受体阻滞剂即氨氯地平联合美托洛尔缓释片。观察和比较两组治疗后10 周的收缩压、舒张压和心率变化情况以及症状改善情况。 结果 治疗10 周后，两组收缩压、舒张压和心率均较治疗前下降显著，差异有统计学意义（P＜ 0.05）；观察组治疗10 周后收缩压、舒张压与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；但治疗10 周后心率和症状改善情况明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 ARB 联合beta;受体阻滞剂治疗高交感张力高血压患者，具有安全有效、不良反应少的优点，值得临床推广，尤其是在基层。 【关键词】高血压；血管紧张素受体拮抗剂；beta;受体阻滞剂；钙拮抗剂；心率；收缩压；舒张压 【Abstract】Objective To observe the clinical effect of angiotensin receptor blockers (ARB) combined with beta blockers in thetreatment of hypertension.Methods 100 patients with hypertension from March 2015 to March 2012 were randomly divided intoobservation group and control group，50 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with ARB combined with a beta blocker orvalsartan and metoprolol sustained-release tablets combined treatment；control group with calcium antagonists (CCB) combined with a betablocker or amlodipine combined with metoprolol sustained-release tablets.The changes of systolic blood pressure，diastolic blood pressure，heart rate and the improvement of symptoms were observed and compared between the two groups after 10 weeks of treatment.ResultsAfter 10 weeks of treatment，the systolic blood pressure，diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of the two groups were significantly lowerthan those before treatment，the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05)；After 10 weeks of treatment，the systolic blood pressure anddiastolic blood pressure of the observation group were compared with that of the control group (P gt; 0.05)；But after 10 weeks of treatment，heart rate and symptom improvement were significantly better than the control group，the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05).Conclusion ARB combined with beta blockers in the treatment of patients with high blood pres
