At present, Chinese housing finance is in a special stage, in this stage, the old system exists, the newly system is forming gradually pushed forward by economic motive power, the tendency of Chinese real housing finance and how to resolve the questions in developing., are important questions which are valuable to research. In the first chapter, the author indicates that the housing industry will be a new developing point in our country economy and developing housing finance is a important strategy of regulating credit and loan structure in our financial system. In the second chapter, introduces the model and operating methods of real housing finance, which provides some experiments for our developing the finance business. the third chapter states and analyzes the history and the present situation of the housing finance business, meanwhile, interprets the questions exists in the housing finance.
