论艺术教育与学生综合素质的培养 　　【摘要】①音乐对人类影响的历史回顾；②音乐对人的精神及行为的影响；③音乐对人的综合素质培养的影响；④音乐教育的改革呼唤教师素质的提高。第一部分：阐述古今中外，音乐在人类历史及文化发展中起着重要作用，尤其对人类身心健康有着明显影响并一直受到人们的关注。第二部分：阐述音乐对人的精神及行为的影响。通过一些正反方面事例证明：音乐能改变一个人的精神状态、思维活动及性格……，并进一步改变其行为。第三部分：阐述音乐对人的综合素质培养的影响。音乐作为人类教育中的一项内容，无论东方、西方应当说是古已有之。强调学习音乐的重要性。第四部分：阐述音乐教育的改革呼唤教师素质的提高。教育工作离不开教师，所以教师应努力加强自身修养，不断提高自身素质，并通过塑造新的自我来促成音乐教育的历史变革，推动我国基础音乐教育向前发展。全文以贯彻落实国家教育部2008年9月5日颁布的教体艺（2008）8号文件《关于进一步加强中小学艺术教育的意见》的精神为议题，强调音乐在教育中的美育作用及在培养人的文化素质中教师所特有的重要地位。以上说法正确与否，请各位专家指教。 　　【关键词】艺术教育 学生 综合素质 　　 　　Discussion on the cultivation of the art education and students’ general quality 　　Liu Lingying 　　【Abstract】The first is to look back the influence of the music on the human, the second is the influence of the music on the human’s spirit and behavior, the third is the influence of the music on the cultivation of the general quality of the human and the fourth is the reform of the music education calls for the improvement of teachers’ quality. The first part is to expatiate on that music has a very important function for the development of the human history and culture, especially the influence on the health of the heart and body of the human, which is paid attention to by all. The second part is to expatiate on the influence of the music on the human’s spirit and behavior. Through some positive and negative examples, it is proved that music can change one person’s psychosis, thinking and character and change his behavior ulteriorly. The third part is to expatiate on the influence of the music on the cultivation of the general quality of the human. Music, as one part of content of the human education, has been existent both in the east and in the west from of old. It emphasizes the importance of learning music. The fourth part is to expatiate on that the reform of the music education calls for the improvement of teachers’ quality.
