Another group included 41 cases without coronary heart disease, which had also been confirmed by coronary angiography. Concentrations of sLox-1, Myo, cTnI, CKMB and hs-CRP were measured, and the Logistic regression model and the ROC curves were used to evaluate the diagnostic value for ACS.Results：(part I)The serum level of sLox-1、Myo and CK-MB in the within 3 hgroup and the 3-6h group are higher than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P 0.05). The area under the curve of the Within 3 h of onsetgroup is 0.951, with sensitivity (82.8%), specificity (95.0%),which were higher than that of cTnI and Myo . cTnI + sLox 1 The area under the curve of the diagnosis of ACS for the Within 3 h of onset group and 3-6 h group is 0.951 and 0.971, and the diagnostic performance parameters is much better than Myo + cTnI joint detection.( Part Ⅱ ) For sLox-1 ,the area under the ROC curve is 0.934. The diagnostic relevance of the five biochemical markers for ACS is sLox-1 Myo cTnI CKMB hsCRP. The area under the ROC curve of the “sLox-1+cTnI+Myo” combination for ACS is 0.987. The diagnostic sensitivity and specificity is 93.
