高职护理教育与临床护理发展适应现状及对策研究 　　[摘要] 目的 分析高职护理教育与临床护理发展的适应现状并探讨改革对策。 方法 采用问卷以方便抽样方法，向59名临床带教及102名实习学生进行问卷调查。 结果 60.0%的临床带教和57.0%的实习学生认为护理教学与临床发展存在不适应问题，差异无统计学意义（P 0.05），84.5%的调查对象认为护理教师应定期参与临床工作，82.6%的调查对象认为应以护理工作过程进行教学设计。 结论 以“优质护理服务理念”为依托，凭借生活护理顶岗实习使学生早期接触临床；以护理工作过程设计教学，教学内容及时补新；增加专职教师与临床接触的机会；加强学校与医院合作，创办院校合作模式；加大实训室的仿真力度，使护理教学真正适应临床护理发展，培养高素质技能型护理人才。 　　[关键词] 高职护理教育；临床发展；适应；对策 　　[中图分类号] G718.5 [文献标识码] C [文章编号] 1673-7210（2012）04（a）-0173-03 　　 　　The adaption and countermeasures of vocational nursing education and clinical care situation 　　FANG Zhao SUN Hui SHAO Hongying XING Lin 　　Medical Branch of Baoji Vocational and Technical College, Shaanxi Province, Baoji 721013, China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the adaption of vocational nursing education and clinical care, and to explore the development of reform measures. Methods A questionnaire survey was used to 59 cases clinical teaching and 102 cases training students. Results 60.0% of clinical teaching and 57.0% of the students thought that the development of teaching and clinical care had unsuited problems, the difference was not statistically significant (P 0.05). 84.5% of respondents believed that teachers should regularly participate in clinical care work, 82.6% of respondents believed that care should be based on instructional design process. Conclusion Students can early exposure to clinic with life care internships on the basis of the concept of quality care; design the teaching of nursing process, fill new teaching content in a timely manner; increase the opportunity of full-time teachers contact the clinic; strengthen the cooperation between schools and hospitals, founder the institutions model; increase simulation efforts of the training rooms to make the nursing education adapt to the real teaching of clinical nursing care, and culture the high-quality skilled nursing personnel. 　　[Key words] Vocational nursing education; Clinical development; Adapt; Countermeasure 　　 　　高等职业教育以培养生产、建设、管理、服务第一线
