防治甜菜夜蛾药剂对天敌安全性评价和增效剂的增效作用Studieswerecarriedouttoinvestigatethesynergismandsynergisticmechanismofcationic1227againstS.exiguainthispaper.Theresultsdemonstratedthatcationic1227increasedthetoxicityofchlorpyrifostotheS.exigua,withsynergisticratiosof1.54and1.59attheconcentrationof270mg·L-1and810mg·L-1.Thepenetratingrateofchlorpyrifostreatedwithcationic1227wererecordedat52.84%and50.24%for90mg·L-1and810mg·L-1after6hours,andincontrasttothis,controland10mg·L-1treatmenthadapenetratingrateof38.06%and36.49%.AndobservationinascanningelectronmicroscopeshowedthatthelarvaeS.exiguacuticularsupermicrostructureofadministrationgroupwith10,90and810mg·L-1cationic1227wereinloosearrangement,largegapandthatofthecontrolgroupwasinclosearrangement,smallgap,butthedifferencewasinsignificantbetweentheadministrationgroup.Biochemicalassaysshowedthattherewerenoeffectsofthecationic1227onthecarboxylesterase,acetylcholinesteraseandglutathioneS-transferase.weinvestigatetheeffectof9insecticidesonthedevelopmentofH.axyridis,C.sinica,S.manilaeandT.remus.S.manilaeandT.remusweresensitivetoall9insecticides(LC10lessthan0.65mg·L-1),whileH.axyridisandC.sinicawerelesssensitive(LC10between1x10-5mg·L-1and22.52mg·L-1).Thedegradationdynamicsshowedthatallinsecticideshadlongerresidualtoxicitytoparasitoidadultsthanpredatoradults.TherewerenodirecteffectsonpupaeassociatedwiththeH.axyridis,C.sinica,S.manilaeandT.remus.S.manilaeandT.remus,whilechlorpyrifos,methomyl,andtebufenozideweremoderatelytoxictoH.axyridispupae(LC10:128.94,52.77,39.6mg·L-1).LarvaeofH.axyridisweresensitivetoall9insecticides(LC10between3.5x10-3mg·L-1and2.86mg·L-1),butnonetoxictoC.sinicalarvaeandT.remuslarvae.However,theeffectonS.manilaelarvaedependedontoxicitytoS.exigua.Theseresultsdemonstratethatinsecticidesshouldbeselectedaccordingtothetargetspeciesandthedevelopmentalstageofanynaturalenemies.Moreover,releasingnaturalenemiesbasedonthesafesttimingwouldreducetheriskthatinsecticidesposetonaturalenemies.Keywords:Spodopteraexigua;synergist;adjuvant;synergism;n
