In the high dose group be Qianjinzhike-capsules,each four tablets,two times daily;the low dose group be Qianjinzhike-capsules,each two tablets,two times daily. Two courses are 10 days. Drug and clinical symptoms observed two cases,the functional indicators,such as changes chest X-ray inspection,and comprehensive clinical evaluation.All the cases during the experiment can not complicated with any drug according to relieve cought,phlegm and asthma. Statistical analysis by using SPSS10.0 statistical software.Categorical data by using X2 test,ranked data by using Ridit test,measurement data byusing t test.Results:Part of animal experiment:Qianjinzhike-capsules can inhibit the small mice cough which ammonia induced sifnificantly,promote the phenol red excretion from the respiratory tract of small mice,can inhibit guinea pigs cough which citric acid induced,prolonged the cough incubation period of guinea pigs which phosphate histamine induced. The above main pharmacodynamic test results showed that:Qianjinzhike-capsules treatment of the acute stage of chronic bronchitis efficacy precise.High dose group efficacy superior low dose group.Part of clinical observation：Two overall efficay compared with the high dose group overall efficiency 97.14%，94.29% efficient in low dose group，there were significant differences in sexual significance(P＜0.05),high dose group efficacy superior low dose group.Two chinese medicine certificate pending defficacy comparison,there were significant differences in sexual significance (P＜0.05),high dose group efficacy superior low dose group.Two treatment and blood-routine,induces functions,conventional urine,dung conventional,no significant sex differences in electrocardiograms(P ＞ 0.05),indicate that Qianjinzhike -capsules in the treatment of the acute stage ofchronic bronchitis(wind-cold，sputum-hea
