高校师德建设:现状、原因及路径探析——基于社会主义核心价值体系视角-moral construction in colleges and universities analysis of current situation, reasons and paths - based on the perspective of socialist core value system
摘要近年来,随着经济全球化的深入发展,国际竞争日益加剧,人才成为了各国竞争的核心力量。人才的培养在教育,教育的发展在教师,而教师的先进在师德,师德建设关乎教师队伍的整体素质。改革开放和市场经济在带来政治、经济、文化发展的同时也给人们的价值观和道德观带来了巨大的冲击。在传统文化与社会的各种思想文化相互影响下,社会价值取向出现多元化,教师群体的价值观念也相对发生了变化,其主流是积极的,师德建设的总体评价比较好,建设力度有待进一步加强,同时仍存在着一些不可轻视的问题。这个社会现象的成因既有客观原因--社会大环境因素及高校制度体制因素又有主观原因--教师自身的因素。社会主义核心价值体系具有多层次、多视角的特征,它引领社会思潮的前进方向,有利于提高社会成员的思想认识和道德水平。社会主义核心价值体系是指引师德建设的一盏照明灯,为现代化高校师德建设提供先进的理论导向。加强高校师德建设,要积极发挥社会主义核心价值体系的引领作用,以制度为保障,建立和完善相关制度机制,为师德建设完善好相关的培训、监督、奖惩制度。以教师为本,加强高校师资队伍建设,提高教师的素质修养,同时抓好教师的教学科研工作,提升教师专业发展水平,构建良好的人际关系,为师德建设营造良好的建设环境。关键词:高校师德建设;社会主义核心价值体系;理论导向AbstractInrecentyears,withthefurtherdevelopmentofeconomicglobalization,internationalcompetitionisintensifyingandtalentshavebecomethecoreoftheinternationalcompetitiveness.Thecultivationoftalentsdependsoneducation,thedevelopmentofeducationliesinteachersandteachers’progressivenessisdeterminedbyethics.What’smore,teachersethicsconstructiondeeplyaffectstheoverallqualityoftheteachers.Reformandmarketeconomyhavebroughtaprofoundimpactonpolitical,economicandculturalaswellastopeoplesvaluesandethics.UndertheInteractiveinfluenceofvarioussocialideologicalandtraditionalculture,socialvalueshavebeendiversified,aswellasthevaluesofteachersgroup,whosemainstreamispositive.Overallevaluationofteachers’moralconstructionisgood,buttherearestillsomeissuesshouldnotbeunderestimated.Thecauseofthisphenomenonisnotonlytheobjectivereasons,socialenvironmentfactorsandinstitutionalfactorsofuniversitiesbutalsosubjectivereasons,factorsofteachersthemselves.Socialistcorevaluesystemisamulti-level,multi-anglevaluessystem.Itleadsthedirectionofsocialideologicaltrend,andishelpfultoenhancethelevelofpeoplesvaluesandmorality.Thesocialistcorevaluesystemislikeabeaconandprovidesacorrecttheoreticalguidanceforteachers’moralconstruction.Strengtheningteachers’moralconstructionincollegesanduniversitiesshouldbewiththeguidanceofthesocialistcorevaluesystem.Itshouldestablishandimprovetherelevantsystemsandmechanisms,suchasevaluationmechanism,supervisionmechanismandsoon.Anditshoulden
