摘要近年来，随着经济全球化的深入发展，国际竞争日益加剧，人才成为了各国竞争的核心力量。人才的培养在教育，教育的发展在教师，而教师的先进在师德，师德建设关乎教师队伍的整体素质。改革开放和市场经济在带来政治、经济、文化发展的同时也给人们的价值观和道德观带来了巨大的冲击。在传统文化与社会的各种思想文化相互影响下，社会价值取向出现多元化，教师群体的价值观念也相对发生了变化，其主流是积极的，师德建设的总体评价比较好，建设力度有待进一步加强，同时仍存在着一些不可轻视的问题。这个社会现象的成因既有客观原因--社会大环境因素及高校制度体制因素又有主观原因--教师自身的因素。社会主义核心价值体系具有多层次、多视角的特征，它引领社会思潮的前进方向，有利于提高社会成员的思想认识和道德水平。社会主义核心价值体系是指引师德建设的一盏照明灯，为现代化高校师德建设提供先进的理论导向。加强高校师德建设，要积极发挥社会主义核心价值体系的引领作用，以制度为保障，建立和完善相关制度机制，为师德建设完善好相关的培训、监督、奖惩制度。以教师为本，加强高校师资队伍建设，提高教师的素质修养，同时抓好教师的教学科研工作，提升教师专业发展水平,构建良好的人际关系，为师德建设营造良好的建设环境。关键词：高校师德建设；社会主义核心价值体系；理论导向AbstractInrecentyears,withthefurtherdevelopmentofeconomicglobalization,internationalcompetitionisintensifyingandtalentshavebecomethecoreoftheinternationalcompetitiveness.Thecultivationoftalentsdependsoneducation,thedevelopmentofeducationliesinteachersandteachers’progressivenessisdeterminedbyethics.What’smore,teachersethicsconstructiondeeplyaffectstheoverallqualityoftheteachers.Reformandmarketeconomyhavebroughtaprofoundimpactonpolitical,economicandculturalaswellastopeoplesvaluesandethics.UndertheInteractiveinfluenceofvarioussocialideologicalandtraditionalculture,socialvalueshavebeendiversified,aswellasthevaluesofteachersgroup,whosemainstreamispositive.Overallevaluationofteachers’moralconstructionisgood,buttherearestillsomeissuesshouldnotbeunderestimated.Thecauseofthisphenomenonisnotonlytheobjectivereasons,socialenvironmentfactorsandinstitutionalfactorsofuniversitiesbutalsosubjectivereasons,factorsofteachersthemselves.Socialistcorevaluesystemisamulti-level,multi-anglevaluessystem.Itleadsthedirectionofsocialideologicaltrend,andishelpfultoenhancethelevelofpeoplesvaluesandmorality.Thesocialistcorevaluesystemislikeabeaconandprovidesacorrecttheoreticalguidanceforteachers’moralconstruction.Strengtheningteachers’moralconstructionincollegesanduniversitiesshouldbewiththeguidanceofthesocialistcorevaluesystem.Itshouldestablishandimprovetherelevantsystemsandmechanisms,suchasevaluationmechanism,supervisionmechanismandsoon.Anditshoulden
