浅谈如何消除中学后进生心理障碍 　　【摘要】初中生是处于半幼稚和半成熟、独立性和依赖性、自觉性和冲动性等各种矛盾相互交错的阶段,自我控制能力不强,情绪不稳定,自我评价方式和态度不当的一个特殊时期,加之学习基础、教育手段、所处环境等因素的影响,使得一部分学生产生了纪律上、学习上的暂时落后,对于这一类学生,我们称之为“后进生”。对于中学后进生的管理以及如何使后进生逐步转化,是中学班主任面临的一个重要课题。在日常工作中，简单的“管”与“压”往往难于凑效或收效甚微。本年度，我中途接了一个班风、学风差、人人头痛的“差”班，通过一段时间的思考及工作实践，我重点在消除后进生心理障碍上下功夫、做文章，重点培训学生上进心、荣誉感及自我实现意识，收效明显。? 　　【关键词】后进生;心理障碍;消除自卑心理 　　Discussed shallowly how to eliminate the middle school underachiever’s psychological barrier? 　　Jiang Jianjing? 　　【Abstract】The junior high pupil is in half weak and half mature, the independence and the dependence, self-consciousness and impulsive and so on each kind of contradiction mutually staggered stage, self-control ability is not strong, the mood is unstable, the self-appraisal way and a manner improper special time, in addition study the foundation, the education method, to locate factor and so on environment influences, caused part of students to have in the discipline, study temporary backwardness, regarding this kind of student, we called it “the underachiever”. As well as cause the underachiever how regarding does the middle school underachiever’s management to transform gradually, is an important topic which the middle school teachers in charge face. In the routine work, simple “the tube” and “the pressure” often difficulty with collects the effect or has little effect.
