我国体育学博士生导师现状 　　摘 要：通过对我国19个体育学博士学位授予单位的198名在职博士生导师的现状进行统计研究，以期发现现存问题，提出相关建议，为更好地提高我国高端体育人才培养水平提供参考。采用文献资料、数理统计和逻辑分析等方法。研究结果显示：从自然特征看，体育学博士生导师过分集中在华北和华东两地，年龄结构以中青年博导占较大比例等。就教育背景而言，年轻博导中绝大多数具有博士学位，但具有海外进修经历的博士生导师的比例仍然偏低。关于专业素养，体育学博士生导师的h指数值整体偏低，主持过国家级科研项目的博士生导师人数较少等。研究结论：这种非均衡分布状态反映了体育学博士生导师的准入门槛较高，体育学科的不成熟，以及我国体育学博士生导师队伍建设的相关制度尚不完善等原因导致学科建设结构上的差异，这是未来一段时间需要重视和解决的问题。 　　关键词： 体育学；博士生导师；体育教育 　　中图分类号： G 811.5 文章编号：1009-783X（2013）06-0516-06 文献标志码： A 　　Current Situation of Doctoral Supervisors in Sport Science in China 　　CHEN Qingwei 　　Abstract：Adopting the research methods of literature review，statistical research and logic analysis，the present thesis sets to research on the current situation of 198 doctoral supervisors in 19 doctoral degree granting units of sport science in China，so as to locate the existing problems and provide relevant solutions and reference for the elevation of the cultivation standard of high-level talents in sport science.The results show that doctoral supervisors in sport science geographically concentrate in North and East China and that mid- and young-aged doctoral supervisors take up a large proportion of all.In terms of educational background，the majority of young-aged doctoral supervisors have obtained their doctor’s degrees，but few from abroad.As for their professional quality，the h index values of doctoral supervisors in sport science are on the whole at a comparatively lower level.And the number of doctoral supervisors who preside over national-level scientific research projects are relatively small.Finally，the thesis arrives at the conclusion that the unbalanced distribution reflects that admission standards are too strict for doctoral supervisors in sport science，that the development of sport science is not mature，and that the relative systems for team construction of doctoral supervisors in sport science in China are not complete.These result in the structural differences in discipline construction and are in need of attention an
