AbstractRecently,mostenterprisesmeasuretheirsuccessbytheorganization’sperformance,whichmakeshowtoimproveorganizationalperformanceahottopicamongscholars.Scholarshaveidentifiedalotoffactorsthatcanhelptoimproveorganizationalperformance,amongwhichleadershipstyleacriticalfactorthatwillinfluenceenterpriseperformance.Differentleadershipbehaviorshavesignificantimpactonorganization’sdevelopmentconcept,totheorganizationsdevelopmentphilosophy,growthpattern,businessconditions,etc.Therefore,properleadershipbehaviorplaysanimportantroleinorganization’sperformance.Inthiscircumstance,thisstudyintroducedthetheoryofleadermemberexchangeasamediatorbasedonsocialexchangetheory,andcooperatedwiththemain-streamresearchobjective—theleadership,aimingtoprovideanintegratedinfluencepathtotheresearchofperformance.Firstly,basedontheliteraturereviewontheconcept,influencefactor,anddimensionofsomekeyresearchvariables,suchastransformationalleadership,leadermemberexchange,jobperformance,thisresearchputforwardthehypothesisandconstructstheresearchmodel.Intheprocess,viathediversedataobtainedfromdifferententerprises,thisresearchuseSPSStotestandvalidatetheresult,passingthereliabilityandvalidityanalysis,anduseAMOStobuildthestructuralequationmodelandfurtherverifytheresearchhypothesis.Theresultsshowthat:Leveragingthematurescaledevelopedbypreviousscholars,thisresearchfocusestheresearchobjectivesonstate-ownedenterprises,private-ownedenterprises,andforeign-fundedenterprises,adoptingQuestionnairesurveytoobtaindata.Transformationalleadershiphasasignificantpositiveinfluenceonemployeejobperformance.Transformationalleadershiphasasignificantpositiveeffectonleadermemberexchange.Leadermemberexchangehasasignificantpositiveeffectonemployeejobperformance.LeadermemberexchangemediatestheinfluencepathoftransformationalleadershiponemployeesjobperformanceThefourdimensionsoftransformationalleadershiphavedifferentinfluenceonemployeesjobperformance.Finally,thisresearchprovidestheoreticalbasisforthepracticalwork,discussthelimitations
