MBA论文 MBA论文常州地区电力供需分析及对策研究摘要本文通过对2004年常州地区电力供需状况的调研，着重分析了影响电力供需平衡的主要因素及这轮严莺“电荒”现象。在定性分析的基础上，运用灰色预测法对 2005、2006、2007年常州市的电力需求进行了预测。结果显示2005年全年总电量基本平衡，夏季用电高峰时将有49万Kw左右电力供应缺口：2006年全年总电量基本平衡且略有盈余，夏季用电高峰时将有9万Kw左右电力供应缺口；2007年全年总电量基本平衡且略有盈余，夏季用电高峰时供需基本平衡且略有盈余。在需求预测的基础上，运用层次分析法对常州市的电力建设不同措施作经济性比较，得出的结论如下：进行电源建设改造方案的权重为0．3418，进行电网建设改造方案的权重为0．4899，进行需求侧建设改造方案的权重为0．1683，常州市电力建设改造资金完全可以按照上述层次分析法求得的计算权重予以分配利用。这对实际的电力建设的规划工作有很大的指导意义和帮助作用。文章最后，结合市场经济及电力体制改革对如何缓解当前电力供需紧张，保证电力工业健康持续稳定发展问题，提出了对策和建议。关键词：常州电力公司电力供求灰色预测法层次分析法MBA论文 MBA论文常州地区电力供需分析及对策研究AbstractVia an investigation towards the power demand and supply status in Changzhou city in 2004，the article diagnoses the key factors contributing to the balance of power demand and supply as well the severe phenomenon of“power shortage”．On the basis ofqualitative analysis and grey forecas，the essay made prediction towards the powersupply and demand status in Changzhou in the year 2005，2006 and 2007 respectively．The outcome indicates that there is general balance on the annual power consumption value in the year 2005，in the sumnler peak there will be approximately 490，000kw power supplyshortfall．In the year 2006，the annual power volume will be in basic balance with a slightsurplus，in the sunlmer peak there is estimated to be about 90，000kw power supply shortfall．In the year 2007，the annual power supply volume will be in a basic balance with little surplus，the situation remains the saine in the sunllller peak．On the basis ofrequirement forecasting and analytic hierarchy,the essay makes a economical comparison among the different policies of Changzhou’s power construction and thereby draws the following conclusion：the weight of the power source construction updating scheme is O．3418，the corresponding figure for the power network construction renewal project isO．4899 and for the supply and demand construction innovation，O．1683，the funds for thepower construction and innovation in Chang
