ResearchontheenergysavingdesignforcollegecateringbuildinginhotsummerandcoldwinterareaABSTRACTThecollegecateringbuildingisansignificantplaceofcampuslife,butthebuildingenvironmenthasalwaysbeenignoredbyarchitects.Thispaperisbasedontheecologyofthehotsummerandcoldwinterareacollegecateringbuildingastheresearchobject,throughtheuseofcompositedesign,theestablishmentoftargetsystem,andtheuseofcomputersimulationtoanalysisthecollegecateringbuildingenergy-savingproblems.Conclusionwiththequantizedfeature,isaforward-looking,innovative,scientificresearchdesignmethod.Paperisdividedintofivechapters:Thefirstchapteristheintroduction,describestheresearchbackground,purposeandmeaning,andexplainsrelatedconcepts.Laythefoundationfortheresearch;Thesecondchapteristhedevelopmentofthedomesticandinternationalecologicalrestaurantbuilding,andthebasicformofthecollegecateringbuilding.Throughaquestionnairesurvey,findoutthesituationandenergydemandofcollegecateringbuildingatpresent.Atthesametime,theassessmentofgreenbuildingstandardsathomeandabroadarealsointroduced,refiningcommonnessanddifference,summarizesclimate,economicreferencepointsofCollegecateringbuildinginhotsummerandcoldwinterarea.Thethirdchapteristheinvestigationsection,conductedasurveyofcurrentsituationoftherestaurantbuilding,summarizedtherelatedproblemstotheinduction,andprovideddirectionforthefollowingstudy.Thefourthandthefifthchapterarethecorepartofthispaper,asacompositetypedesignspecificoptimization.Thefourthchapterfromtheviewofeconomy,applicability,andtheintegrationperspective,summeduptheappropriatetechnologyforcollegecateringbuildinginhotsummerandcoldwinterarea.Thefifthchapterofthepaperdiscussespassivedesigncollegecateringbuilding.UsingEcotect,WeatherToolandPhoenicstoevaluateandoptimizethelayout,sunshine,lighting,ventilation,shadingdesign,airqualityandotheraspectsofthecateringbuilding,showsthearchitecturedesignofenergy-savingconceptsoriented.Keywords：Energy-savingbuilding;thecollegecateringbuilding;computersimulation.致谢在毕业论文即将完成之际，首先要衷心感谢我
