华华中科技大学硕士学位论文 II II Abstract Since 2004, a series of intensive land use policy were promulgated, requiring the land users to control the incremental land and invigorate the stock of land. However, with the rapid development of higher education, the university land was increasing sharply, resulting in extensive and waste phenomena. Therefore, investigating the intensive land use is of importance especially the response of universities to the intensive land use policy. Based on the intensive land use policy, the particularity of university land use and the investigation about 38 universities in Wuhan, this paper would analyze the response token, the response efficiency and the response mechanism of universities in Wuhan to the intensive land use policy. In the first part, this paper elaborated the topic background, the research significance, the research content and the research method; combed the domestic and foreign research ideas and results of intensive land use. In the second part, this paper defined the connotation of university intensive land use; established the evaluation indicators system of university intensive land use focusing on the intensive of land use pattern and land use structure; analyzed the response decision, response form and response effect to intensive land use policy. In the third part, depending on the Data Envelopment Analysis, this paper selected policy pressure perception as input indicators, the state of intensive land use and land management as output index, built policy response decision matrix; then, used MATLAB software to analyze the response efficiency and character of 38 universities in Wuhan to the intensive land use policy. In the fourth part, this paper analyzed the dynamic mechanism, the restricted mechanism, the invigorative mechanism, the implemental mechanism and the safeguard mechanism of the response of universities in Wuhan to the intensive land use policy. In the fifth part, this paper summarized the main r
