BNPIL―6RDW在冠心病中表达意义 　　摘要：目的 探讨B型脑钠肽（BNP）及白介素-6（IL-6）、红细胞分布宽度（RDW）与冠心病（CHD）病变程度的相关性。方法 对我院2014年～2015年行冠脉造影的280例患者，根据冠脉造影结果分为冠心病组（200例）和对照组（80例），其中冠心病组又分为急性心肌梗死组（AMI组）、不稳定型心绞痛组（UAP组）、稳定型心绞痛组（SAP组），比较各组间BNP、IL-6、RDW结果。结果 ①冠心病组BNP、IL-6、RDW均明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P不稳定型心绞痛组稳定型心绞痛组对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P中度狭窄组轻度狭窄组对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 BNP、IL-6、RDW与冠心病的发生、严重程度具有相关性，可作为患者心肌损伤危险分层的较好指标。 　　关键词：冠心病；B型脑钠肽；白介素-6；红细胞分布宽度 　　Abstract：Objective To investigate the brain natriuretic peptide （BNP） and interleukin 6 （IL - 6）， red blood cell distribution width （RDW） and pathological changes of coronary heart disease （CHD） degree of correlation. Methods In our hospital in 2014～2015 lines of coronary angiography of 280 patients， according to the results of coronary angiography were divided into CHD group （200 cases） and control group （80 cases）， including coronary heart disease group and divided into acute myocardial infarction （AMI）， unstable angina pectoris （UAP）， stable angina pectoris group （SAP）， comparison between groups of BNP， IL - 6， RDW results. Results （1） The BNP， IL - 6， RDW coronary heart disease group were significantly higher than the control group， the difference is statistically significant （P unstable angina group stable angina pectoris group the control group， difference has statistical significance （P moderate stenosis group mild stenosis groupthe control group，the difference is statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion BNP，IL-6，RDW associated with the occurrence and severity of coronary heart disease（CHD），can be used as a good indicator of risk stratification in patients with myocardial injury. 　　Key words：Coronary heart disease；Cerebral natriuretic peptides；Interleukin-6；Red blood cell distribution width 　　冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（CHD）已成为危害人类健康和生命的重要疾病，如何发现高危人群，是临床急需解决的问题。近年发现红细胞分布宽度（RDW）、B型脑钠肽（BNP）、白介素-6（IL-6）与冠心病的发生、发展及不良预后密切相关。因此，本文旨在探讨BNP、IL-6、RDW与冠心病的相关性，为冠心病的早期诊断及治疗提供科学依据。 　　1资料与方法 　　1.1一般资料 选取我院2014年～2015年行冠脉造影的280例患者，根据冠脉造影结果，分为冠心病组和对照组。冠心病组200例，其中男性117例，女性83例，年龄41～75岁，平
