The combination of start, flame failure, monitoring, alarming, protection and remote monitoring of the generator set is achieved, and the mechatronics, the scientific, humanization and intelligentization of the diesel engine products and are realized. 　　Keywords: diesel engine; monitor; generator set; mechatronics 　　 　　0 引 言 　　 　　CFZ-D型柴油机监控仪(以下简称监控仪)是采用了单片微型计算机控制的智能化全自动柴油机及发电机的电子监控系统,能精确检测并动态显示柴油机转速、油压、水温、油温、电瓶电压等参数,并能根据设定,对所有参数实行实时监控,自动发出声报警、光报警、远传报警等信号,当参数超过设定的停机信号时,则自动发出停机信号使柴油机停机,从而达到了保护柴油机的目的[1]。同时可配上与之配套的远传显示器,实现柴油机运行参数的远方监测。因此,将CFZ-D型柴油机监控仪应用到发电机组,更好发挥了监控仪及柴油机组的作用。 　　1 概 述 　　 　　监控仪利用微电脑数字控制,采用高亮度的LED数字显示,能同时显示实测值并具有自动控制功能,集测量监控于一体,工作性能可靠,实现了功能配置模块化,产品结构一体化;同时具有耐振动、潮湿、烟雾和高低温,抗干扰,安装、使用方便等特点;还具有运转参数远方监测和手动控制,压力零点手动调零,柴油机运转时间累计功能[2]。可用于柴油机发电机组等各类机械设备柴油机的配套,实现了柴油机产品机电一体化,实现了发电机组操作合理化、科学化、人性化和智能化。 　　 　　2 主要技术指标 　　 　　(1) 供电电源:18～36 VDC;纹波含量小于[3]1.0%。 　　(2) 转速测量指标:测量范围:0～3 000 r/min;测量误差:±1脉冲(LMS)一般小于等于1 r/min(测速齿数为119齿);配用传感器:M18×1.5的磁阻脉冲式转速传感器[4]。 　　(3) 油压测量指标:测量范围为0.00～1.00 MPa;精度等级为1.5级;配用传感器为陶瓷压力传感器。 　　(4) 水温测量指标:测量范围为0～125 ℃;精度等级为1.5级;配用传感器为铜热电阻(Cu50)传感器。 　　(5) 油温测量指标:测量范围为0～125 ℃;精度等级为1.5级;配用传感
