健康教育护理干预在老年急性阑尾炎护理中的应用效果分析 　　摘要：目的 健康教育护理在老年急性阑尾炎患者中的应用效果。方法 选取从2014年3月～2016年3月我院收治的老年急性阑尾炎患者共70例作为研究对象，利用随机方法将患者分为对照组和观察组，对照组患者给予常规护理干预，观察组患者在常规护理基础上加以健康教育护理干预，比较两组患者术后并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果 观察组患者术后并发症发生率为2.86%，对照组患者的为22.86%；观察组患者护理满意度为100.00%，对照组患者为74.39%。结论 在老年急性阑尾炎患者中开展健康教育护理干预，能够显著减少术后并发症的发生几率，提高患者的护理满意度，临床应用效果显著，值得推广。 　　关键词：老年急性阑尾炎；健康教育；护理干预 　　中图分类号：R473.6 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1959（2017）17-0090-02 Analysis on the Effect of Health Education Nursing Intervention in Elderly Patients with Acute Appendicitis 　　TAN Chang-qiong 　　（Nursing Department of Longchang County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital，Neijiang 642150，Sichuan，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To study the effect of applying health education of nursing care in elderly patients with acute appendicitis.Methods From March 2014 to March 2016 in our hospital 70 cases of elderly patients with acute appendicitis patients as the research object，using random method were divided into control group and observation group，the control group were treated with routine care intervention，the patients in the observation group were given health education and nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The complications of patients in the observation group the incidence rate was 2.86%，the control group of patients was 22.86%；the satisfaction degree of the observation group was 100.00%，the control group was 74.39%.Conclusion In elderly patients with acute appendicitis，health education and nursing intervention can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications，improve the patients satisfaction with nursing，and the clinical application of the effect is significant，it is worth promoting. 　　Key words：Elderly acute appendicitis；Health education；Nursing intervention 　　急性?@尾炎是常见的急腹症之一，其发病较急，病情发展快，主要临床症状为转移性右下腹痛，恶心、呕吐等，同时全身白细胞及中性粒细胞增多[1]。老年人由于机体各功能逐渐退化，抵抗力降低，如果发病，往往临床症状常常不明显，呕吐不明显，腹痛也较轻，临床上容易漏诊，所以可能在发病后发生穿孔、坏死
