临床护理路径在川崎病患儿护理工作中的应用研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨临床护理路径（CNP）对川崎病（KD）患儿的实施效果，建立KD患儿的最佳护理模式。 方法 2013年1月～2014年12月，将60例KD患儿随机分为观察组和对照组，各30例。观察组予以CNP指导的护理模式，对照组予以传统护理模式。比较两组的退热时间、白细胞数、C反应蛋白（CRP）水平、满意度评分、KD健康知识掌握程度评分和住院时间。 结果 观察组的退热时间短于对照组，白细胞数和CRP水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组的满意度、健康知识掌握程度评分高于对照组，住院时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 CNP指导的护理模式可以改善KD患儿的临床症状和炎性指标，提高对医护人员的满意度以及对健康知识的知晓率，同时可以缩短住院时间，优于传统护理模式。 　　[关键词] 临床护理路径；川崎病；护理 　　[中图分类号] R473.72 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）07（a）-0195-03 　　Application study of clinical nursing path in nursing work of children with Kawasaki disease 　　DAI Zong-qin HE Qiu-yi 　　Department of Pediatrics，the Second People′s Hospital of Yibin City in Sichuan Province，Yibin 644000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the implementation effect of clinical nursing path （CNP） among children with Kawasaki disease （KD） to establish the best nursing model. Methods From January 2013 to December 2014，60 children with KD were randomly divided into observation group and control group and there were 30 patients in each group.Observation group was given nursing model guided by CNP，while control group was given traditional nursing model.Defervescence time，white blood cell count，C-reactive protein （CRP） level，score of satisfaction degree，mastering degree score of health knowledge about KD and hospital stay between two groups was compared respectively. Results Defervescence time in observation group was shorter than that of control group，white blood cell count and CRP level was lower than that of control group respectively and there was a statistical difference （P0.05）；score of satisfaction degree，mastering degree of health knowledge about KD in observation group was higher than that of control group，while hospital stay was shorter than that of control group，and there was a statistical difference （P0.05）. Conclusion Nursing model guided by CNP can improve clinical symptom and inflammatory indicator of patients with KD，improve satisfaction degree for medical personnel
