介入治疗急症脑动脉瘤破裂出血的护理研究 　　[摘要] 目的 总结介入治疗急症脑动脉瘤破裂出血的护理研究。 方法 选取我院2012年3月～2014年3月收治的260例介入治疗急症脑动脉瘤破裂出血患者作为研究对象，随机分为护理干预组和常规组，各130例，护理干预组采用临床护理干预的方式进行护理，常规组采用常规护理。通过两种不同的护理方式比较两组患者的临床结局的不同。 结果 护理干预组130例动脉瘤急症患者，采用介入治疗并加以科学的护理干预后，没有出现因护理不当而发生严重并发症的情况。所有患者在通过介入栓塞治疗，并接受术前、术中、术后的科学护理后手术得以成功。护理干预组130例患者治疗康复126例，一般3例，较差1例，总康复率99.2%。常规组130例患者治疗康复98例，一般20例，较差12例，总康复率90.7%，护理干预组疗效要明显优于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 介入治疗急症脑动脉瘤破裂出血，并进行科学的护理措施，能提高疾病的治疗疗效，有效减少并发症的发生。 　　[关键词] 介入治疗；脑动脉瘤；护理体会；急症 　　[中图分类号] R739.41 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）03（b）-0189-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To summarize the nursing researches on interventional therapy in the treatment of hemorrhage due to acute cerebral aneurysm rupture. Methods From March 2012 to March 2014，260 patients with hemorrhage due to acute cerebral aneurysm rupture who were treated by interventional therapies and admitted into our hospital were selected as research objects.They were evenly divided into nursing intervention group and regular group in random. In the nursing intervention group，clinical nursing intervention was provided，while in the regular group，conventional nursing was applied.The clinical outcomes in the two groups were compared after adopting two different nursing methods. Results In the nursing intervention group，after interventional therapy together with a scientific nursing intervention，there was no severe complication occurred due to improper care among 130 patients with acute cerebral aneurysm rupture.The surgeries in all participants were successful after interventional embolization combining with a scientific nursing before，during，and after surgery.In the nursing intervention group，the number of cases in recovery，general condition，and poor condition was 126，3，and 1 respectively，and the total recovery rate was 99.2%.In the regular group， the number of cases in recovery，general condition，and poor condition was 98，20，and 12 in turn，and the total recovery rate was 90.7%.The efficacy in the nursing intervention group was b
