优质护理在食管癌患者围手术期的应用 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨优质护理在食管癌患者围手术期的应用作用。 方法 回顾性分析我院从2010年6月～2014年12月收治的70例行食管癌根治术的食管癌患者的临床资料。根据护理措施将其分为观察组和对照组各35例，对照组给予围手术期常规护理。观察组在常规护理的基础上，采用针对性的优质护理干预，比较两组术后住院时间、并发症的发生率和护理满意度的差异。 结果 观察组患者住院时间与住院费用明显少于对照组，且术后观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组患者对护理人员的满意度、信任度明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 优化护理能降低食管癌患者因手术引起的应激反应，促进患者的身体康复，提高护理满意度。 　　[关键词] 护理；食管癌；围手术期 　　[中图分类号] R473.6 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2015）17-119-03 　　Application of high quality nursing in patients with esophageal carcinoma during perioperative period 　　WANG Qing1 ZHAO Dan2 LI Yufeng1 XIU Yanli1 HUANG Jianwei1 　　1.Department of Thoracic Surgery，Hongqi Hospital of Mudanjiang Medical College，Mudanjiang 157011，China； 2.Department of Dermatology，Second Affiliated Hospital of Mudanjiang Medical College，Mudanjiang 157010，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the applicative effect of high quality nursing on patients with esophageal carcinoma during perioperative period.
