保列治联合哈乐在老年良性前列腺增生治疗中的应用效果 　　[摘要] 目的 分析研究保列治联合哈乐在老年良性前列腺增生治疗中的应用效果。方法 方便选取该院自2012年5月―2014年7月期间收治的60例老年良性前列腺增生患者的临床资料，按照治疗方式的不同，将这60例患者分为两组，观察组和对照组，两组各30例。观察组患者采用保列治+哈乐联合治疗方式，单纯的给予对照组患者保列治治疗，观察比较两组患者的前列腺体积、残留尿量、症状评分、尿流率的变化情况，并且对两组患者的尿潴留以及血尿的发生率进行对比分析。结果 经过临床治疗，观察组患者的前列腺体积明显缩小；残留尿量、症状评分明显下降，并发症发生率为3.33%。对照组患者的前列腺体积无变化；残留尿量、症状评分有所下降；并发症发生率为20.00%。结论 老年良性前列腺增生采用保列治联合哈乐的治疗方式，能够更加高效的促进前列腺体积缩小，具有良好的预后效果，值得推荐。 　　[关键词] 保列治；哈乐；老年；前列腺增生；效果 　　[中图分类号] R [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）06（b）-0117-02 　　[Abstract] Objective To analysis and research to protect column for joint Harold in older application effect in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods Based on our hospital from May 2012 ― July 2014 admitted during the period of the clinical data of 60 cases of elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia， according to the different methods of treatment， the 60 patients were divided into two groups， the observation group and control group， two groups of 30 cases each. Observation group were treated by bao column + Harold joint treatment， simple control group patients protect column treatment， observe the comparison of two groups of patients with prostate volume， residual urine volume， symptom scores， the change of urine flow rate， and the two groups the incidence of urinary retention and blood in the urine of patients were analyzed. Results After treatment， the observation group of patients with prostate volume significantly narrowed； Residual urine volume， symptom scores significantly decreased， the incidence of complications was 3.33%. There were no changes in the prostate volume control group； Residual urine volume， symptom scores decreased； The incidence of complications was 20.00%.
