小儿病毒性肠炎的临床特征和中西医结合治疗的体会 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.11.53 　　摘 要 目的：探析小儿病毒性肠炎的临床特征，观察中西医结合治疗病毒性肠炎的疗效。方法：将82例小儿病毒性肠炎患者随机分为治疗组41例，对照组41例。对照组常规给予病毒唑抗病毒、补液、纠正酸中毒，对症处理。治疗组在此基础上进行中医辨证施治，并结合艾灸、推拿等中医药适宜技术治疗。结果：治疗组显效31例，有效7例，止泻时间（3.80±1.04）天。结论：中西医结合治疗小儿病毒性肠炎能缩短病程及住院时间，疗效好，且能纠正临床滥用抗生素及激素的现象。 　　关键词 病毒性肠炎 临床特征 中西医结合 治疗体会 　　Clinical features and treatment experience of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine of children virus enteritis 　　Guan Hongchun 　　Center Hospital of Dudian，Lingtai County，Gansu 744402 　　Abstract Objective：To explain the clinical features of children virus enteritis，and to observe curative effect experience of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine in the treatment of virus enteritis.Methods：82 cases of infantile virus enteritis were randomly divided into the treatment group of 41 cases and the control group of 41 cases.The control group was treated with conventional ribavirin antiviral，rehydration，correct acidosis and symptomatic treatment.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with moxibustion，massage and other appropriate technologies of traditional Chinese medicine treatment on the basis of the control group.Results：In the treatment group，31 cases were markedly effective，7 cases were effective，antidiarrheal time was 3.80±1.04 days.Conclusion：The combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine in the treatment of children virus enteritis can shorten the course of disease and hospitalization time，it has good curative effect，and can correct the abuse of antibiotics and hormone. 　　Key words Virus enteritis；Clinical features；Combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine；Treatment experience 　　小儿病毒性肠炎，是一组由轮状病毒引起的急性肠道传染病，好发于秋末冬初季节，故中医学又称为“秋季腹泻”，临床特点为起病急、恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹泻、排水样便或黄色稀便，常伴发热。本病具有明显的季节性，常发生于农历10～11月，特别是农村物资交流会末，粪-口或口-口传播为该病毒的主要传播途径。好发于6～18个月的男性儿童，男女发病率之比3：1。病儿多营养良好，腹泻次数1天10余次左右，易脱水、发生水电解质紊乱，中毒症状较轻，应用抗生素无效。我院针对82例病毒性肠炎患者，采用中西医结合治疗，取得满意的效果，现报告如下。 　　资料与方法
